Brigitte Nielson was one of the greatest female actresses of the 80's and 90's. She started out her career as a model, progressing on to acting with her first major role cast alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger as the scantily clad female warrior in Red Sonja.
She starred later in the films Cobra and Rocky 4 with her soon to be husband [and later to be ex-husband] - Sylvester Stallone.
The 6ft Danish beauty is still going strong, and decided in April this year to undergo Laser Eye Surgery at the Optical Express Harley Street clinic in London.
Optical Express seem to have dropped the ball with publicising this stars procedure, she is a PR gift.
Her surgeon was Professor Jan Venter and she was treated at the Harley Street clinic in London.
